Albert D Sbei, Jr.

Albert D. Sbei, Jr., 84, of King Of Prussia on Sunday, March 25, 2012, at his residence. Born May 15, 1927 in Downingtown, PA, he was the son of the late Rose (D'Allesandro) and Alberico Sbei, and husband of the late Esther (Sierotowicz) Sbei, who died in 2007. Mr. Sbei retired in 1988 from the former Flemming Foods after 30 years as a fleet manager; enjoyed his family, making wine, deep sea fishing, bowling and activities down the Jersey shore. He was a member of Mother of Divine Providence church, Bridgeport CWV, and was a post WWII Navy veteran. Survivors include daughter, June (Richard) Leonard, of Birdsboro; Albert D. (Lorraine) Sbei, III, of Collegeville; Stanley (Lisa) Sbei, of Bethel Park; Joseph (Mary) Sbei, of King of Prussia; 11 grand and 4 great-grandchildren; and siblings: Lawrence (Florence) Sbei, of Audubon; Querino "Woody" Sbei, of Parkesburg; and Anna Fusco, of W. Norriton. He was preceded in death by a brother John in 1993. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 from 7 - 9 pm at the Caramenico FH Inc., Main & Walnut Sts., Ntn., and Thursday, March 29, 2012 from 9 - 10 am at MDP Church, Allendale Rd., King of Prussia with funeral Mass to follow at 10 am. Burial Valley Forge Memorial Gardens, Upper Merion. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to The Hospice & Home Care Foundation, c/o Jill Broscious, 240 No. Radnor Chester Road, Radnor, PA 19087.
