Albert J Granese

Albert J Granese, 84, of Plymouth Meeting, PA at Suburban Woods Health and Rehab Center, East Norriton, PA on Monday, March 22, 2010. Born in Black Horse, PA March 27, 1925, he was the husband of Theresa (Narducci) and son of the late Joseph and Jennie (Picard) Granese. Mr. Granese was a member of Epiphany of Our Lord Church, retired business manager for Service Transport Co., and a was a Marine staff sergeant in WW II, serving in the Pacific Theater of operations. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his grandson Alexander at home, and sister Ann Meoli of Plymouth Meeting. He was preceded in death by his daughter Judith Chassey, son Joseph and brothers Neil and Lawrence Granese. His memorial Mass will be held Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 10:30 AM from Epiphany of Our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Road, Plymouth Meeting PA. The family will be receiving relatives and friends prior to Mass from 9:30 - 10:30 AM. Inurnment of his ashes will be held privately at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made in his memory to a charity of your choice.
