Armand J Barbone

Armand J. Barbone, 28, of Glenside suddenly on Saturday, January 15, 2011, at Abington Memorial Hospital. Born August 16, 1982 in Manchester, MO, he was the son of Angela (O'Neill) and Louis A Barbone. Armand and family just celebrated his graduation from Penn State Abington where he majored in English. He had a great sense of humor and was a passionate performer of karaoke. He also was very creative and enjoyed designing his own costumes for comic conventions. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his son Jakob, of Willow Grove; 2 sisters: Elizabeth K. (Kenneth Orner) Barbone of Dennville, NJ, Sister, Clare Barbone; 3 niece, Summer, Kai and Isla Orner; and his maternal grandmother, Agnes (Kelly) O'Neill, of Narberth, PA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Armand and Rose (Mazzio) Barbone, and Joseph P. O'Neill. The family will receive relatives and friends on Wed., Jan. 19, 2011 from 7-9 PM at the Caramenico FH Inc., Main Walnut Sts., Ntn., PA. Funeral services will follow at 9 PM. Burial will be held privately at a later time at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made in Armands memory to a fund for his son Jakob.
