Charles Moles Obituary

Charles L. Moles, 83, of Plymouth Meeting passed away peacefully on Friday, November 23, 2012, at his residence. Born November 10, 1929 in Norristown, Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late Angelina (Tornetta) and Laurence Moles, and husband of Donna (Cassaboon) Moles. Charles Moles was a realtor in the Norristown area for 53 years. Member of: Nat'l. Assn. Realtors, Montg. Co. Assn. Realtors, Appraisal Institute, Past Pres. Phila. Chapter, Nat'l. Assn. Independent Fee Appraisers and taught classes for NAIFA. Charles was one of the original members of the Tri-State Commercial/Industrial Realtors, past secretary of Montgomery County Development Corp.; he was a member of the Veterans of Foreign War having served in the U.S. Army, an active member and past board of director of the LAM - Valley Forge Lodge #1776 Order of Sons of Italy in America and Epiphany of Our Lord Church. Charles Enjoyed activities of dancing, boating, and flying and owned his own aircraft in the 1980's. Charles was known for his great sense of humor and well known in the community for having been a successful business man. In addition to his loving wife Charles is survived by his children: Denise Moles of Plymouth Meeting, Cynthia (Joseph) Raieta of Upper Gwynedd, and John Moles of Norristown. Five grandchildren: Joseph A. Raieta Jr., Anthony Charles Raieta, Bruno Petrillo III, and Matthew & Sophia Petrillo. His siblings: Anthony G. Moles (Christine) of Limerick, Mary J. (Joseph) Santangelo of Audubon, Palma B. Panichello, and Marie (Alfred) DiDomizio of Lansdale, PA. He was preceded in death by a son Frank Moles, in 2011; and brothers Frank, Harry, George, and Laurence. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 from 10 - 10:50 am at Epiphany of our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Rd., Plymouth Meeting with Mass to follow at 11 am. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions can be sent to the Fox Chase Cancer Center, 333 Cottman Ave., Phila., PA 19111.
