Diane Lynn Bucci

Diane Lynn (Bechtel) Bucci, 50, of Norristown on Sunday, May 1, 2011, at Hospital of the Univ of PA, Philadelphia, PA. Born April 17, 1961 in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of Joan (Clark) and the late Earl K. Bechtel, and wife of Patrick Bucci. Mrs. Bucci was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church, having recently been baptized during her illness. She was a diehard Eagles fan, enjoyed traveling to the Jersey shore and the movies. She especially likes cooking and having her extended family over for her many meals. In addition to her husband and mother, survivors include son, Michael Bucci, of East Norriton, PA; her step-father Steve Green and siblings: Earl Bechtel, Roy (Christine) Bechtel, Joan (Charles) DeCarlo, and Mary (Tom) Knipe, all of the Norristown/Eagleville area; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two children, Patrick and Tara Bucci. The family will recieve relatives and friends on Thursday, May 5, 2011 from 5 - 7 pm, at the Caramenico FH Inc., Main & Walnut Sts, Ntn, PA. Funeral service will be held at 7 pm with Fr. Vincent Welsh, St. Francis of Assisi officiating. Burial of her ashes will be private at St. Patrick's Cemetery, E. Norriton, PA.
