Dora Caracappa

Dora Caracappa, 92, of Norristown on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, at Parkhouse Providence Pointe, Royersford, PA. Born December 11, 1918 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charine and Arduino Curti, and wife of the late Francesco Caracappa. A devoted wife and mother, she was dearly loved and will be dearly missed. Survivors include children; Vito L. (Becky) Caracappa, of Newtown Square, PA; Francis (Joan) Caracappa, of West Chester, PA; Mary C. (John) Ludwig, of Norristown PA; and four grandchildren; Peter (Mary) Caracappa, Margaret Caracappa, John (Sandra) Ludwig, and Sarah Ludwig. In addition to her husband and parents Dora was preceded in death by two brothers, Louis Curti, and Amerigo Curti, and two sisters, Erma DiPeppe, and Anna Sabella. Family will receive relatives and friends on Mon. Oct. 24 from 9:45-10:45am at the Caramenico FH Inc. Main & Walnut Streets, Ntn, PA. Funeral Mass at Holy Saviour Church, 407 E Main St. Norristown, PA on Mon. at 11am. Internment St. Patrick's Cem. East Norriton, PA.
