Edith (Picariello) Narciso, 92, of Norristown on Saturday, October 8, 2011, at Brandywine Senior Suites, East Norriton, PA. Born January 29, 1919 in Revere, MA, she was the daughter of the late Marie (Santoro) and Pasquale Picariello, and wife of the late Charles Narciso. Mrs. Narciso was an avid member of the Mt. Carmel Sports Club, as well as a former women's Auxiliary member for many years, and St. Paul's RC Church in East Norriton. Mrs. Narciso was also a foster grandparent at Silver Springs Martin Luther School in Plymouth Meeting, PA for the past 9 years. Survivors include 5 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; son, Kenneth Narciso, of Warrington; daughter-in-law, Ginny (Mancini) Narciso, of Eldersburg, MD; and brother, Frank Picariello, of Florida. She was preceded in death by 2 sons, Anthony and Rick Narciso. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sat. Nov. 5, 2011 from 10 - 11 am, at St. Paul's RC Church, 2007 New Hope St., Norristown, PA. Her Memorial Mass will follow at 11 am. Interment St. Patrick's Cem., DeKalb Pike, E. Norriton, PA. The family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Paul RC Church Memorial Fund, at the above address and/or the Foster Grandparent Program, 3125 Ridge Pike, Eagleville, PA 19403.
