Helen G Cruciani

Helen G. Cruciani , 77, of Oaks, on Monday, May 28, 2012, at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, PA. Born March 29, 1935 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Gertrude (Clapp) and Jason Davis Passmore, and wife of 54 yrs. of Ernest P. Cruciani. Mrs. Cruciani was a life member of the National Assoc. of Business Clubs (AMBUCS), that works with and supports children with disabilities; the Audubon Friends and Neighbors Society; the Red Hat Soc.; former cheerleading coach with the Norristown Midget Football team; and was a painter, working with oils. Mrs. Cruciani was proud of the fact that her family on her paternal fathers side came to America with William Penn - her great-great-great-grandfather; and whose great-great-great grandfather on his mother's side was a sibling Thomas Jefferson. Survivors include children: Kenneth (Kathleen) Cruciani, of Oaks; Kathleen (Guy) Selenski, of Laguna Negel, CA; Leslie (Christopher) Minton, of Glen Mills; 8 grandchildren: Anthony, Victoria Nicholas and Alexander Cruciani; Kayla and Corey Selenski; Matthew and Daniel Minton; siblings: Walter Passmore, of Orlando, FL; Anna (Stanley) Zakrzewski, of Phila; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Anthony Cruciani, in 2009; and brothers Frank, Fred, and Jack Passmore. The family will receive relatives and friends on Sat. June 2, 2012 from 9 - 10:45 am, at St. Teresa of Avila Church, with funeral mass to follow at 11 am. Entombment St. Patrick's Cem. Mausoleum, DeKalb Pk, E. Norriton. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to St. Teresa of Avila, 1260 So. Trooper Rd., Ntn., PA 19403-3659, c/o tuition assistance fund.
