Helen (Livingstone) DeFrancisco

Helen (Livingstone) DeFrancisco, 88, of Norristown on Friday, August 26, 2011, at Brandywine Senior Suites, E. Norriton, PA. Born August 18, 1923 in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Josephine (Mick) and Frank Livingstone, and wife of the late Louis DeFrancisco. She worked at Burroughs-Unisys for 23 years as a purchasing expeditor, retiring in May 1987. She then worked at Buckley's Pharmacy for 10 years, retiring in 1997.Helen was a lifetime resident of Norristown most recently residing at Brandywine Senior Suites, where the staff was absolutely loving and caring. She was also cared for by the Montgomery Hospice, who also did an excellent job caring for Helen. Survivors include 3 sons: Louis C. (Linda) DeFrancisco, of Doylestown; Robert (Linda) DeFrancisco, of Bridgeport, and Larry (Linda) DeFrancisco, of Rehobeth Beach, DE. 6 grandchildren: Lou Ron (Molly), Lisa (Ben) Flowers, Chris (Sarah), Dina, JR (Jen), and Anthony DeFrancisco; and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by siblings: Dorothea Baccaro, Charles (Rhea) Livingstone, and David Livingstone. The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, August 30, 2011 from 9 - 9:50 am, at Holy Saviour Church, 407 E Main St., Norristown, PA. Funeral Mass to follow at 10 am. Interment St. Patrick's Cemetery, E. Norriton, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Montgomery Home Care & Hospice, 25 W. Fornance St., Ntn., PA 19401.
