Jennifer Ciaccio

Jennifer M Ciaccio, 26, passed away peacefully May 6 2010 at her home. Born February 19, 1984 in Norristown, PA she was the daughter of Barbara (Silks) and Kevin Ciaccio. Jennifer was a 2002 graduate of Methacton HS and was a member of their swim team. She also attended Harcum and Montgomery County Community Colleges. She also swam in an aquatic league. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother Kevin and his wife Sara; paternal grandparents Anthony and Patricia (Hockenbrock) Ciaccio; maternal grandmother Joan (Gordon) Cahill; and her frolicking puppy Missy. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Gerald Silks, Sr. and John D. Cahill. The family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, May 10, 2010, 7- 9 pm & Tuesday, May 11, 2010, 8:30 - 9:30 am at the Caramenico FH Inc., Main & Walnut Sts., Ntn., PA. Funeral Mass to be celebrated by her cousin, Rev. Fr. Kenneth Evans, of New Jersey, at 10 AM, Tuesday, May 11, 2010 from St. Patrick's Church, 714 Dekalb St., Ntn., PA. Interment Riverside Cemetery, W. Ntn. Twp. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials contributions be made in her memory on behalf of the Univ. of PA liver transplant program, c/o Hosp. of U of P, Ground Rhoads, 3400 Spruce St., Phila., PA 19104.
