John Peter Lozinak

John Peter Lozinak, 76, of East Norriton on Sunday, September 2, 2012, at the Einstein Elkins Park Medical Center. Born December 20, 1935 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late Victor and Helen (Kerr) Lozinak, and loving husband of 31 years to Christine (Coupe) Lozinak. Mr. Lozinak started his own business, John P Lozinak, Inc. in Bridgeport in 1958 retiring in 1997. The family owned electrical contracting business is now being run by his children Peter, Brad, and Katherine. He was an avid golfer, having four hole-in-ones, and member of the Plymouth Country Club for over 45 years; was also a passionate gardener, and a devoted Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan. He loved spending summers in Ocean City New Jersey, with his family, and the winter months in Naples Florida with his wife Christine. Survivors include sons; John Peter (Holly) Lozinak Jr. of Collegeville, and Robert "Brad" (Lisa) Lozinak, of Limerick; daughters: Ellen (Lou) Raieta, of East Norriton; Katherine (Jay) Lozinak, of West Norriton; Samantha Smith, of East Norriton; and Shannon Stiles, of Norristown. Brother, George (Mary) Lozinak, of Trooper; and sister-in-law Eileen Lozinak. Grandchildren include: Corey Raieta Heacock, Stephanie, and AJ Raieta; Jakob, Tyler, and John Lozinak; Christopher and Amanda Lozinak; and Kayleigh Smith. He was preceded in death by one brother; Victor Lozinak, and one sister, Ellen Lozinak. Friends and family will be received on Saturday, September 8, 2012 from 10:30-11:45 am, at St. Titus Church, 3006 Keenwood Road, Norristown, PA. Mass will follow at 12pm. Burial will take place in the Calvary Cemetery, W. Conshohocken, PA.
