Keith William Weil

Keith William Weil, 61, of New Hanover passed away peacefully on Wednesday September 17, 2025 surrounded by his loving family.  Born on July 21, 1964 in Phoenixville he was the son of Luke Weil & Barbara Hoffman, and the beloved husband to Kim Weil. 

Keith was a graduate of Norristown High School and would later go on to work for many years as a police officer for Abington, Conshohocken, Bridgeport, and Norristown Police Departments until his retirement. Keith was an expert machinist and the owner and operator of KW Precision LLC where he built some of the world’s best custom rifles for F-Class Open and FTR.  Keith traveled all over the world competing as a member of the United States Rifle Team. Keith was also a skilled carpenter and woodworker. 

In his spare time Keith was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing with his son, godson and friends. He loved traveling with his wife and their best friends.  But most of all he cherished the time he was able to spend with his loving family.  He was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, and a dear friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him and he will be missed by many.

In addition to his wife, Keith is survived by his son Cole Weil, Daughter-in-Law Courtney Weil and step-son Ryan Fretz; Three siblings, Bethann (Weil) Busky and Brother-in-Law Paul Busky, Kathryn Weil, and Barbara Fields; One nephew, Joseph Benyish, Jr., and many extended family and friends.
