Lisa (Romano) Crennan, 66, of Pottstown passed away peacefully on Sunday July 12, 2026, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 30, 1959, in Norristown she was the daughter of Marie (Beatrice) Romano, and the late Joseph C. Romano, and the beloved wife of Thomas Crennan.
Lisa worked for many years as a bookkeeper for Mohawk Tile & Flooring and would later go on to work for her family business, Romano Rubbish, until her retirement. Upon retirement Lisa made her full-time job taking care of her beloved grandchildren who meant the world to her. In her spare time, Lisa enjoyed frequenting local restaurants for breakfast with her “squeeze” and was an avid walker throughout her neighborhood. She was also a dedicated Philadelphia Phillies & Eagles fan and rarely missed a game. But most of all she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, nana, sister, and a dear friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her and she will be missed by many.
In addition to her beloved “Squeeze” she is survived by her mother, Marie Romano two loving children, Erin (Owen) Matthews, and Lauren (Christopher) Scotti; three beloved grandchildren, Evan, Anthony, and Luca; One brother, Joseph C. Romano, Jr.; and sister-in-law, Sandy Romano Lisa is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
In addition to her father, Lisa was preceded in death by her brother, Mark Romano.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing for Lisa on Friday July 17, 2026, from 9:30AM-11:00AM at the Holy Saviour Church, 407 E. Main St. Norristown, PA 19401. Mass will follow the viewing at 11:00AM at the church. Burial will take place in the St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton, PA.
