Louise D. Novitski

Louise (Birch) Blair Novitski, 83, of Eagleville on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Manor Care Nursing Center, King of Prussia, PA. Born August 26, 1928 in Glen Lyon, PA, she was the daughter of the late Felix and Katherine (Krochmal) Birch, and wife of Stephen F. Novitski Jr . She was the youngest of 11 children, and a member of the St. Francis of Assisi Church where she was also a member of the ladies auxiliary, and the Maennor Chor Club, in Norristown. She enjoyed baking, knitting, crotchet, dancing, and spending time with her family. Survivors include daughters; Janice (Jesse) Moore of Pottstown, and Colleen (Brian) Blair Daley of Gladwyne. Her sister; Stasia Napper. Grandchildren; Stephen and Joseph Bono, Lauren (Young) Benner, Ryan, Melissa, and Kylie Young. Step-children; Mary Kay (Daniel) Barr of Plymouth Meeting, Stephen (Peggy) Novitski of Conshohocken, Charles Novitski of Collegeville, and Paul Novitski of Gettysburg. Also one great-grandchild; Anthony Giard. Seven step-great-grandchildren, and eight great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Bruce J. Blair, five sisters, and four brothers. Friends and family will be received on Friday evening, July 20, 2012, from 7-9pm at the Caramenico Funeral Home. Mass will take place on Saturday, July 21, 2012 at 12:00 noon, at the St. Francis of Assisi Church, 600 Hamilton Street Norristown, PA 19401, with no viewing prior. Burial will follow at the Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Breast & Prostate Health, 1616 Walnut St., Suite 1520, Philadelphia, PA 19103.
