Margaret “Maggie” Leber, of West Norriton passed away peacefully on Thursday May 7, 2026 at the Abington Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born on May 29, 1952 in Philadelphia she was the daughter of the late Milton & Anna Mae Hartley Leber, and the beloved lifemate of Gwendolyn Patton for 28 wonderful years.
Maggie is known for her hobbies, as an Extra-class amateur radio operator, and a private pilot flying out of Pottstown Municipal Airport. She was active in many community groups and organizations, such as the Boyertown Flying Club, and the Delaware Valley Pink Pistols, where she was a founding member. In her spare time she enjoyed science fiction, and had a deep love for music. But most of all she cherished the time she was able to spend with her family, she was a devoted wife, parent, grandmother, sister, and a dear friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing her and she will be missed by many.
Margaret is survived by her three daughters, Ariel Gwendolyn Baker, Alice Robin Bowles, and Alexis Diane McGinnis; Five grandchildren, Bria, Kaja, Arya, Jude, and Luna; Margaret is also survived by her two siblings, Thomas Leber, and Timothy Leber.
The burial for Margaret will be held privately, and a celebration of life service in her memory will be announced at a later date.
