Mary Battisto

Mary E Battisto, 83, of King of Prussia died on Sunday, May 8, 2011, at Montgomery Hospital. Born June 13, 1927 in Norristown, PA, she was the daughter of the late Philamena (Ciabattoni) and Nicola Cinaglia. A member of Holy Saviour Church, she was the owner of Donut Land, which was located in the Valley Forge Shopping Center, from 1965 -1970 and worked at Chef Francisco frozen foods of the HJ Heinz Co. also in King of Prussia until retirement in 1993. Survivors include 3 sons: Eugene 'Gino' Battisto, of Royersford; Joseph (Jane) Battisto, of Bridgeport; and Gerry (Penny) Battisto, of Pottstown; siblings: Dominic Cinaglia, of Blue Bell; Rose Romano, of Howellville, and Theresa Bokowski, of King of Prussia; 5 grandchildren: Christina, Michelle, Joey, Jacob, and Alex; and 5 great grandchildren: Julianna, Gabriella, Ronald Austin, Anthony Jacob, and Jason Lawrence. She was preceded in death by two brothers: John and Nicholas Cinaglia. Visitation: Friday, May 13, 2011 from 9 - 9:50 am at Holy Saviour Church, 407 E Main St., Norristown, PA. Funeral Mass at 10 am.
