Mary Anna 'Merz" Monaco

Mary Ann "Merz" (Bolton) Monaco, 89, of Norristown died Monday, Feb. 18, 2013 at Einstein Montgomery. Born May 2, 1923, she was the daughter of Neva (Keller) and James Bolton, and wife of Anthony Monaco. Mrs. Monaco, a loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother, homemaker and community volunteer in the gift shop of the former Montgomery Hospital. In addition to her husband, she is survived by children: Jack, of San Diego, CA; Theodore (Joanne) of Norristown; Christopher (Roxanne) of Naugatuck, CT; Marianne DiNenno (Steven) of Eagleville; three grandchildren Meagan, Laura, and John Monaco. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Jean Logan and Doris Stefanek (Pete). In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to The Mary B. Monaco Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Marianne DiNenno, Norristown Area High School, 1900 Eagle Drive, Norristown, PA 19403.
