Michael A. DeDominic, Sr.

Michael A. DeDominic, Sr. 86, of Royersford, passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at the Paoli Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Born on December 20, 1936 in Norristown, he was the son of the late Michael P. & Sarifina (Perna) DeDominic, and the loving husband of the late Maryann (Arena) DeDominic.

Mr. DeDominic was born and raised in the Norristown area and was involved in many community groups and organizations, he served his country proudly by enlisting in the United States Air Force until he was honorably discharged. Mr. DeDominic was also a dedicated parishioner of the Holy Saviour Church for many years. Michael worked for many years as an Electrical Engineer for Commodore Computers in Norristown until his retirement. In his spare time Mr. DeDominic was an avid golfer and would do so whenever he had the opportunity. He was a very talented painter; he enjoyed painting still life animal portraits, as well as many other scenes of nature. He also loved cooking for his family and friends whenever he had the opportunity. 

Mr. DeDominic is survived by his by his three loving children, Maria McCouch of Collegeville, Michael A. (Rand Juliano) DeDominic of Doylestown, and Thomas M. DeDominic of Royersford; three grandchildren, Richard M. McCouch, Daniel B. McCouch, and Nathan DeDominic. Mr. DeDominic is also survived by one niece, and five nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his three siblings, Nancy McGoldrick, John F. DeDominic, and Anthony M. DeDominic; he was also preceded in death by one nephew.

Family and friends are invited to call on Saturday May 6, 2023 from 9:30-11:00AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 454 Fairfield Rd, Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462. Mass will follow the calling time at the church at 11:00AM. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family in the St. Patrick's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in memory of Michael to the Holy Saviour Church, 407 E. Main St. Norristown, PA 19401.
