Nemesio "Chin" Rivera

Nemesio "Chin" Rivera, 78, of Norristown passed away peacefully on Friday March 7, 2025 at the Einstein Medical Center Montgomery surrounded by his loving family.  Born on October 27, 1947 in Puerto Rico, he was the son of the late Nemesio Rivera, Sr. & Monserrade Rivera Serrano.

Mr. Rivera worked for many years as an auto mechanic in the Norristown community until his recent retirement.  He was devoted to his family and friends and cherished the time that he was able to spend with them.  He was a loving brother, uncle, and a dear friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him and he will be missed by many.

Mr. Rivera is survived by his two loving siblings, Ruben Rivera, and Angel Rivera.  He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing for Mr. Rivera on Sunday March 9, 2025 from 5:00PM - 8:00PM at the Caramenico Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.  403 E. main St. Norristown, PA 19401.  A funeral services will follow the viewing at 8:00PM at the funeral home.  Burial for Mr. Rivera will be held privately at the convenience of the family in Puerto Rico.  Funeral arrangements are in care of the Caramenico Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc.
