Robert W Lecher

Robert W. Lecher, 71, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013 at his home in Audubon, PA. Born in Schuylkill Haven, PA on December 20, 1941 he was the son of Francis R. and Kathryn (Kelly) Lecher. He was a graduate of Nativity BVM High school, Pottsville, PA, Moravian College, Bethlehem, PA and The Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was an avid outdoors man and fished and hunted all over the world. He will be sadly missed by his loving family and many great friends. He is survived by his wife, Lois (Leeson) Lecher, his three children, Melissa (Thomas) Culligan of Audubon, PA, Robert W. (Anjanette) Lecher of Painted Post, NY, and Patricia (John) Wolfe of Norristown, PA and seven grandchildren, Jessica, Kristen and Thomas Culligan, Katherine and John Wolfe and Isobella and Lena Lecher. He is also survived by his two sisters, Carole Giannascoli of Allentown, PA and Kay Anne Nelson of North Carolina. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial funeral Mass on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 11:00 AM at Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Church in Limerick, PA. A calling time before the Mass begins at 10:15 AM. Burial will be at Valley Forge Memorial Gardens in King of Prussia, PA following the Mass. Because of his devotion to his faith and his love for animals, contributions can be made in his memory to Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 256 Swamp Pike, Schwenksville, PA 19473 or to Francisvale Home for Smaller Animals, 328 Upper Gulph Road, Radnor, PA 19087
