Robert Kipp Russo

Robert Kipp Russo, 67, of Norristown passed away peacefully on Wednesday January 24, 2024 at his home surrounded by his loving family.  Born on September 29, 1956 in Norristown he was the son of the late Joseph & Rita Russo, and the loving husband to Frances (Prusinowski) Russo.

Mr. Russo was well known in the Norristown and Conshohocken communities, for many years he worked for the Residential Trash and Recycling Company, as well as local concrete and construction jobs.  Mr. Russo also worked for many years for the Pennsylvania Turnpike before his retirement. Robert dedicated his spare time to his community and would volunteer as an umpire for the Conshohocken Baseball & Softball League whenever he had the opportunity, when Robert wasn’t behind the plate you could find him outdoors where he was an avid fisherman and hunter.  But most of all Robert cherished the time he was able to spend with his family, he was a loving husband, brother, and a dear friend to all who had the pleasure of knowing him and he will be missed by many.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Russo is survived by his brother, Kenneth Russo; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Mr. Russo was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Robert will be held on Monday February 5, 2024 at 11:00AM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery Chapel.
