Salvatore Raieta

Salvatore Raieta, 61, of Collegeville died on Tuesday, September 27, 2011, at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Phila, PA after an illness. Born November 25, 1949 in Solopaca, Benevento, Italy, he was the son of Teresa (Riccardi) and the late Antonio Raieta, and husband of Saida (Biktimirova) Raieta. Mr. Raieta emigrated to this area in 1965, he enjoyed his family and friends; in addition to cooking, eating, and cars. He was a self employed businessman, investing in real estate ventures and various businesses, including an auto repair shop. Survivors in addition to his mother and wife, include children: Teresa Roussey, Salvatore (Sheila) Raieta, Jr., Jennifer Raieta; siblings: Rosa (Joseph) Tosco, Joseph (Cindy) Raieta, Lou (Ellen) Raieta and Fred (Donna) Raieta. The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 2-4 pm at the Caramenico FH Inc., Main & Walnut Sts., Ntn., PA. Burial will be private at a later date. The family requests memorial contributions be made to American Cancer Society, 480 Norristown Rd., Suite150, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
