Thomas “Tommy” Falcone, 73, of Norristown, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 19, 1953, he was the son of the late Angelo (Tommy) Falcone and Mary (Venezia) Trecroce, and the beloved husband of Susan (Fosco) Falcone.
Tommy was a man you didn’t easily forget. Strong-willed and proudly stubborn in the best way, he lived life on his own terms and believed deeply in the value of hard work. For 50 years, he dedicated himself to Norris Sales, where he wasn’t just an employee but a constant, someone people could count on day in and day out. Customers trusted him, and those he worked alongside respected him not just for his knowledge, but for his honesty and the way he showed up for people. Many became lifelong friends. He took pride in what he did, and it showed in the way he treated his work and everyone around him every single day.
He had a fiery spirit and a generous heart. Tommy could be feisty and quick to act, but that same energy showed up in his kindness; he was always ready to step in and help when someone needed him. He was a loyal friend people could count on, steady and dependable.
Above all, Tommy was devoted to his family. His greatest love was his wife, Susan, whom he met at just 14 years old. Their 52 years of marriage were a testament to a lifelong bond built on love, loyalty, and unwavering partnership.
He was a proud and loving father to Michelle Speranza (Christian), and their children Evan, Logan, and Tristan; and to Tommy Falcone, Jr. (Gina Pergine), and their children Luca and Franco. Being “Pop” to his grandchildren was one of his greatest joys, and they meant everything to him.
In addition to his beloved wife, Tommy is also survived by his sister, Elaine Fenstermacher; his nephew, Daniel Fenstermacher; and many extended family members and dear friends who will miss him deeply.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Family and friends are invited to attend the viewing for Tommy on Monday, April 20, 2026, at Visitation BVM Church from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, 196 N. Trooper Rd., Norristown, PA 19403. A Mass will follow at 11:00 AM. Burial will take place in St. Patrick Cemetery, East Norriton.
