William J Ronan, Jr.

William J Ronan, Jr., 69, of Norristown on Tuesday, October 26, 2010, at Montgomery Hospital, Norristown, PA. Born August 30, 1941 in Norristown, PA, he was the son of the late Vera (Frantz) and William J Ronan, Sr., and husband of Susan (Natale) Ronan. Mr. Ronan worked for 19 years for the former Alan Wood Steel Co as a crane operator and then retired from the US Postal service after 19 years as a clerk. He belonged to Holy Saviour Church, the Ntn. Eagles, and was an army veteran of the Vietnam War. In addition to his wife, Mr. Ronan is survived by children: William "Rick" (Mai) Ronan of Eagleville, PA; Joseph M. Ronan of Bradenton, FL; Cynthia (Ron) Crispo of Norristown, PA; 11 grandchildren; and siblings: Anthony Labriola of Pennsville, NJ; John (Joanne) Labriola of TX; Walter Kielkopf of Reading, PA; Vera Lukens of Margate, NJ; Katie Mucci of Margate, NJ; Freda Ronan; and brother in law, Al Pepper. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Teresa Pepper. There will be no viewing, but relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Mass from Holy Saviour Church, 407 E Main St., Ntn., PA on Friday, October 29, 2010 at 11:00 AM. Entombment of his cremains will follow at St. Patrick's Cemetery Mausoleum, DeKalb Pike, E. Norriton, PA.
